I’ve worked with technology most of my life, helping family, friends, and anyone who just needs someone patient to walk them through things.

I’ve been married for 21 years and I’m a father of five, so explaining things clearly and calmly comes naturally. When I help someone, I do it the same way I’d help my own family — at your pace, without any stress or pressure.
