We make technology feel easy, personal, and frustration-free. Whether you’re setting up a new device or troubleshooting something that isn’t working right, we come to your home and take care of everything from start to finish.

Flat Rate Service Call 

 $80

Includes:

• Travel to and from your home (within 20 miles of Woodstock, IL, including Del Webb Sun City)

• Up to 1 full hour of hands-on help

• Any combination of services listed below

Need more time? Additional rates are $60 per hour

Time starts upon arrival 

What We Can Help With

• Computer setup and walkthrough (new laptop or desktop, Wi-Fi connection, updates, accounts, apps, and personalized training)

• Cell phone help (backup, restore, transferring contacts and photos, troubleshooting issues, voicemail, texting, calling features)

• Smart device setup (smart speakers, plugs, bulbs, thermostats, cameras, or doorbells — software setup only, no mounting)

• Streaming and entertainment setup (Amazon Firestick, Google Chromecast, Roku, Apple TV, smart TVs, soundbars, and home audio systems)

What We Don’t Do

We focus on software setup, troubleshooting, and education — not hardware repair or installation.

This means:

• No computer or phone repairs

• No mounting cameras, doorbells, or devices to walls or siding

• We help you get everything working without tools, ladders, or any risk of damage

Travel Area

• Service includes travel within 20 miles of Woodstock, IL

• Beyond 20 miles: add $10 per 10-mile increment

Remote Bonus

Your home visit service includes a free 15 minute remote follow up session!
